Organ Print is a software coupled with a 3D printing service. With the standalone application you can define volumes on the patient images and seamlessly send the model to print over our on-line service.

To create an account with us, all you need to do is click register. It will take you to a form where you will specify your login information, delivery and payment details. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

To login and change your information details just click the login on the top right side of the webpage.

[/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Do I need to link my bank account in order to use it?”]

No, if you just want to try the software.

Yes, if you wish to print something. The payment information can be done by several means. Paypal, Visa/Mastercard and Direct Debit. You can pick your preferred option when registering.

[/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Will Organ Print work on my mobile device?”]

Unfortunately no. The software can only work on computers connected to the internet. You can however check your personal information, as well as your print orders through the Organ Print website which is mobile responsive.

We ship our 3D printed organs world wide. However, if you are outside the EU extra fees may apply due to your country’s customs. Currently we are producing only in the EU, but we have plans to expand our service and produce locally next to your location. So please register! The more people in your geographical area register the sooner we will be able to serve you with a cheaper product and more personalized service.

Setting Up Your Account

To register and use the software you incur in no fees at all. The printing of organ models does come with a cost. This cost is based on the size and material of the organ you wish to print. To get a cost estimation you will need to prepare your model and click “Print 3D Model”, there you will be taken to a form where you can choose the material in case our suggestion does not satisfy your requirements an you will obtain the cost estimation of the 3D printed organ model.

Additional post fees may apply, depending on your location. They will also be described in this invoice.

When registering as a new user just check the Student box. Later we will request student status confirmation.

When setting up your account you can define already the payment possibilities. These can always be changed in your user section. Currently we support Paypal, Visa/Mastercard and Direct Debit.

Managing Your Account

Simply login into your user account by clicking the upper right login button. You will be prompted for your username and password. On the Users page you can then check your personal and payment information as well as your passed and current print orders.

Pretty secure. We take care of it, and all security protocols are up to date.

In the users page, personal and payment information, you can select the delete account button.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm this action.

By deleting your account we will remove your personal and payment information from our database, keeping only copies of your invoices for our bookkeeping.

[/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Can I reprint an organ I’ve sent before?”]

Yes you can. All you need to do is enter your user account, and check the past print orders. You can select the model you have sent previously and request a reprint.

We keep your 3D models for 30 days, to ensure that we can reprint quickly or in case you need more copies. After these 30 days the model is deleted and only the invoice information remains.

Yes you can. All you need to do is select from the same patient the organs you wish to print, and click “Print 3D Model”. In the next form you will have the list of selected organs and automatically selected material for them. With one print order you can send several models at the same time.

Repeat the procedure for organs based on different image sets.
